In this project, I continue to explore the "fluid state of being" by photographing portraits of young people I encountered in London and during my travels, delving into themes of transience, identity, and intimacy. Using direct flash and a visual texture that straddles digital and film, I capture a state that is both private and exposed, vulnerable yet free. Many of them work in the fashion industry or lead nomadic lives, residing across multiple countries, embracing movement and exploration.
"Luna Park" is a generic name for amusement parks across Europe, gradually evolving into a cultural symbol of fleeting, illusory joy. In this project, "Luna Park" represents a kind of "foreign land"—a temporary stopping place, a heterotopia imbued with displacement, illusion, and uncertainty.
