Online Shooting Project

2022










During the Shanghai epidemic, I collaborated with several Shanghai- based models who were also quarantined in their homes. We used conference software for online shooting, simplifying the complicated procedure into close communication between me and the models. I used superimposition and interception of screen to screen to explore the possibilities of internet shooting under the objective limitations of being 'restricted' and 'trapped'. In today's society, filled with surveillance screens, the world has become a vast photo studio.
